IAG GBS provides best-in-class IT, Finance and Procurement services to the IAG Group: Aer Lingus, Avios, British Airways, IAG, IAG Cargo, Iberia, Iberia Express, LEVEL and Vueling.
We combine functional expertise with a strong focus on customer service to make our Group stronger, more efficient, more competitive.
Formed in 2013, IAG GBS was a reflection of a ‘stronger together’ ethos. The next four years saw us bringing expertise together, consolidating IT, finance and procurement, and optimising our ways of working.
From 2017, we have been focused on developing the talent and technology we now have in place.
Today, IAG GBS is global in mindset and growing fast. We are 1,200 people and counting, across 10 locations in six countries.

IAG Tech was launched on 8 November 2019, bringing together our Digital and IT teams with a common identity to help transform our business through the innovative use of technology, by leveraging digital and IT capability to support all operating companies in the Group.
Our new Graduate Programme aims to bring in high-potential entry-level talent who are passionate about developing a career in technology. Our two-year graduate pathway offers a range of technology placements, underpinned by industry accredited technical training.
